5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies, materials, and system structures are the intellectual property of AI ACCORD unless otherwise stated.

  • Commercialize

  • Reverse engineer

any AI ACCORD materials without prior written consent.


6. Confidentiality Obligations

Participants may be exposed to sensitive discussions, insights, or materials.

By engaging with AI ACCORD, you agree to:

  • Not disclose non-public information

  • Respect the integrity of private forums

Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of access.
